Please note that these sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
Q: Is the information shared during sessions confidential? A: Yes, absolutely. All sessions and any information you share during our time together are 100% confidential. Your privacy is respected and upheld with the utmost care to ensure a safe and trusting environment for your personal growth and healing.
Q: Is Emerald Rose Alchemy a judgment-free space? A: Yes, Emerald Rose Alchemy is a safe and sacred space where you can be your most authentic self without fear of judgment. You are honored for who you are and supported in your unique spiritual journey with love, compassion, and understanding.
Q: Can your sessions replace professional medical or psychiatric advice? A: No, the information and guidance provided during sessions are not substitutes for legal, medical, or psychiatric care or treatment.
Q: Who is responsible for decisions made during or after sessions? A: Any and all decisions and actions taken during or after the completion of a session are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Q: What languages are your sessions available in? A: Currently only English. Additional languages will be offered in the future.
Booking and Scheduling
Q: How do I book a session? A: Under each service is a button that will take you to a payment link, or you can go to the Crypto Payments page and fill out the form. Once payment is received, I will reach out through email or WhatsApp to schedule your session.
Q: Can I ask questions before booking a session? A: Yes, feel free to contact me through the Free Consultation form with any questions you might have.
Q: What is your cancellation policy for the free consultation? A: If you need to cancel or reschedule your free consultation, please give me at least 24 hours notice. No-shows will not be rescheduled.
Rescheduling and Refunds
Q: What happens if I miss my appointment? A: There is no refund if you miss your scheduled appointment. A $44 rescheduling fee applies. If you miss a second appointment, you will not be rescheduled nor receive a refund.
Q: Can I get a refund for any of your services? A: No, refunds are not given for any services provided.
Q: What if I need to reschedule due to a serious emergency? A: In the case of serious emergencies such as a death in the family or a family member being hospitalized, you can reschedule for free if you contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Please reach out via email or the contact form with details of the situation.
Q: What if my emergency notice comes less than 24 hours before the session? A: If you notify me of the emergency less than 24 hours before the session, I will still try to accommodate a reschedule, but the standard $44 fee might apply unless I can verify the urgency of the emergency.
Crypto Payments
Q: Do you accept cryptocurrency payments? A: Yes, I accept Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH). I welcome clients from the Web3 space and beyond to transact easily using these cryptocurrencies.

Q: Are there any additional fees for cryptocurrency payments? A: No additional fees are charged by Emerald Rose Alchemy. Due to the fluctuation of cryptocurrency value, prices are roughly 1-11% more than Stripe fiat prices to account for market variability. Standard network gas fees will apply and vary depending on blockchain activity at the time of payment. 8% of all crypto profits are donated to The Treegens to support the planting of Mangroves for the health of our Mother Earth.
Q: What happens if my transaction is not confirmed? A: If a transaction fails or remains unconfirmed for an extended period, I will notify you to retry the payment or explore alternative payment options.

Q: How long does a session typically last? A: Akashic Records sessions are 45 minutes long.
Q: Are your sessions conducted in person, or are they available online? A: Depending on your needs and location, sessions can be done over the phone, through video chat, or in person.
Q: How can I prepare for my session? A: Come with an open mind and heart. Be in a calm, quiet space where you can focus. Daily journaling is a powerful tool for preparation and integration of this deep spiritual work. Avoid scheduling anything immediately after your session to allow time for integration.
Q: What should I expect after a session? A: You might feel a range of emotions or insights. It is important to journal, meditate, or simply rest after your session to process the experience.
Q: What if I experience emotional distress during or after a session? A: It is natural to feel emotional during or after deep spiritual work. I recommend grounding yourself through practices such as journaling, meditation, walking, or other forms of mindful movement. Speaking with a trusted, positive-minded friend or counselor can also be helpful.
